Dick Spady’s Business Philosophy leading to Global Communications

1.The first responsibility of the business is to itself, or else it won’t survive to serve anyone. What is a business? If you can find and fill a human need, you have a business.

2. The second responsibility is to your people and your suppliers. You need to pay good wages and increase them over time, pay bonuses and pay into a retirement plan for your managers and key people.

3. The third responsibility is to help your immediate community.

4. The fourth responsibility is to the greater common good. This involves giving both your money and your time.
