Let's Talk - A Community Building Experience and Program
A feedback communications systems for students with their political leaders using the State of the Union, their peers creating their own topic such as Internet Safety, and important documents like the Earth Charter with 16 universal principles. The purpose of "Let's Talk" is to use dialogue, deliberation and discernment to provide opportunities for our youth to build citizenship skills, understanding of different points of view, a sense of connection with youth and their leaders and community locally and globally, a sense of their own empowerment and the opportunity to participate in creating the world they want while increasing community mental health.

Easy Citizen Involvement Initiative 919

This initiative concerns a process to provide citizens' opinions to their governments. This measure would establish a network of citizen councilors, coordinated by the state auditor's office, where volunteers would meet in small groups and share their opinions on topics of public interest for tabulation communication system with their leaders for the State of WA. This initiative Founder, President and Sponsor Dick Spady is endorsed by the Washington Association of Churches, is a self-funded citizenship education program and requires no tax support.

Just as machines have a feedback system, people need a feedback system. I-919 will be the first in America to create this for the all citizens in Washington State with their elected leaders, when this initiative is passed. This initiative is a self-funded citizenship education program and requires no tax support. It will enable all citizens, young and old, to exercise their constitutional rights of freedom of speech, the press, assembly, petition, and to be heard in symbolic dialogues by the Governor, the Legislature, the State Auditor and others. The purpose is to celebrate, evaluate, and enhance the educational, political, and economic climates and social capital in our state through routine publication of social resonance audits of our intangible human assets and opinions.
